Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For oversized items like treadmills or basketball hoops, delivery may take 7-10 business days via our specialized freight partners.
What is your return policy on footwear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all athletic footwear. Shoes must be in original, unworn condition with the box included to qualify for a full refund.
Are the jerseys sold on Central Sports authentic?
Yes, we only stock 100% authentic licensed merchandise from official brand partners like Nike, Adidas, and Under Armour.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Central Sports ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be canceled within 60 minutes of placement. After this window, our warehouse begins processing and you will need to initiate a standard return once the item arrives.
