Initiate Your Return
Log into your Central Sports account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective gear remains unused, then include a printout of your return authorization.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return email to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
